ShasthoKhoj operates an online directory of doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and pharmacies. We are an information platform, not a healthcare provider. Nothing here is medical advice.
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Doctors, facilities and pharmacies pay a one-time listing fee shown at checkout (in BDT) to create a profile; later updates are free. The fee covers review, publication and maintenance — it does not buy ranking or guarantee patients. We may reject or remove profiles that are inaccurate, misleading, unregistered or unlawful. You confirm that the information and photo you upload are yours to share and accurate, and you give us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site.
Payments are made by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer using the details shown at checkout, with the transaction ID. A payment is confirmed only after our team verifies it; a PDF invoice is then emailed and available in your dashboard. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). See the Refund policy.
Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience. No abuse, threats, defamation, personal data of others, or paid/fake reviews. We verify reviews before publishing and may decline or remove any review.
Information such as fees, timings and phone numbers is supplied by third parties and may change. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or outcomes of any treatment, and we are not liable for decisions made using this site. Confirm details directly with the doctor or facility.
The referral programme is governed by the Referral terms, which form part of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
