Account data (name, mobile, email, password hash), profile data you submit, reviews, payment references (method, transaction ID, sender number) and payout details you give for redemption. We also keep basic technical logs and anonymous page statistics.
To run your account, publish approved profiles, verify payments and send invoices, pay referral rewards, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
We use essential cookies (login, referral code for 30 days) and, if enabled, analytics and Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can control ad personalisation in your Google settings.
Doctor and facility profiles contain professional information that is intended to be public. Reviews show only an initial of the reviewer’s name.
You can ask us to correct or delete your account data, subject to records we must keep for payments and fraud prevention. Contact us via the contact page.
